Project: ​Construction Works of First Phase of Al Fursan Brigade Command in Mahawi Camp - Abu Dhabi, UAE.Client: Presidential Guard Command - UAE Armed ForcesProject Value: 160,000,000 AEDResponsibilities:• Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with approval of all documentation and materials needed to carry out the works in accordance with the approved baseline program, shop drawings,method statements, submittals).• Coordinating on a daily basis with the subcontractors for Engineering submittals.• Preparing technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works.• Preparing Shop drawings submittals and follow-up of the approval process.• Coordinating with document controller on design deliverables transaction to ensure smooth flow of documents.• Supporting procurement team with all necessary technical inputs to facilitate award of procurement and subcontract packages.• Involved in technical clarifications and response to all Technical queries from vendors and clients as required.• Supporting QA, QC and Site Construction Team to address technical issues and establish method statements.• Preparation, review and submission of all variations, payments to Clients and Subcontractors Attend project progress meetings with Engineer and Subcontractors.• Preparing Value Engineering as required.• Liaising with all parties involved to ensure smooth process during construction.• Recommending engineering disciplines per project requirements.• Supervising and support in writing technical Method statements, Construction plans• Coordinating Technical department activities with other departments and divisions.• Advising the Project Manager on a variety of technical issues.• Overseeing the maintenance of technical project files and work papers.

Contract Value: $ 27 Million (Dhs. 100 Million)The project is located at Nad Al Sheba military camp, and consists of Construction of 15 accommodation and service buildings with external Infrastructure and roads for United Arab Emirates Presidential Guard Command – Armed Forces. Total built up area of 16,000 sqm of buildings and 10,000 sqm of roads. 2) Construction work for Eastern Gate at Mahawi Camp for UAE Presidential Guard Command, Abu Dhabi – UAE.Contract Value: $ 5.5 Million (Dhs. 20 Million)• Projects handled during DLP, Close out and Final Handing Over1) Construction Work of GYM for Special Operation Command at Sas Al Nakheel Camp, Abu Dhabi-UAE. 2) Construction Work for Reconnaissance Group at Zayed Military City Camp/First Phase, Abu Dhabi-UAE.3) Completion of Construction Work for Reconnaissance Group at Zayed Military City Camp/First Phase, Abu Dhabi-UAE.4) Construction Works for The Fourth Phase of Al Mushref Camp, Abu Dhabi-UAE.Responsibilities: - Managing subcontractors to carry out outstanding works, snags and any rectification works during the defects liability period (DLP) until the completion of final handing over and obtaining the client’s final acceptance certificate.- Monitor MEP systems performance post-handover, and assist with reporting faults and rectification of faults.- Ensure reactive and planned preventative maintenance is carried out as per the schedule and agreed Service Level.- Carry out daily BOH and FOH rounds, ensuring the building is in good order, noting any defects and raising the defects.- Preparation and submission of project’s close out documents to the client.

Project: Jebel Ali Park Hotel Project, Dubai-UAEContract Value: $ 86 Million [Dhs. 315 Millions]Brief: The project is located at Mina Jebel Ali within Jebel Ali Beach Hotel compound. It involves the construction of a G+M+5+R, hotel (348 keys) with a total built-up area of 502,000 square feet (46,600 sqm).Responsibilities & Tasks:• Managed Landscape works package. •Managed the structural works package (a total built-up area of sqm 16,000)• Daily planning for site activities.• Ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with current codes, standards, operation and maintenance manuals, specifications, drawings, HSE plan, etc.• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.• Ensuring that the planned program is properly followed.• Overseeing problems or critical issues and suggest solutions to solve it.

The Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue Expansion Project

Project: The Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue Expansion Project, Dubai-UAEContract Value: $ 380 Million [Dhs. 1.4 Billion]Brief: The construction area of the expansion is approximately 275,308 sqm and extends the existing Fashion Avenue into one of the largest fashion retail areas in the world. The Fashion Avenue is adding a retail inventory of an additional 190 plus new high-end outlets including a 5,000 sqm flagship perfumery store and some of the most renowned international brand names such as Gucci, Prada, Rolex, Bottega Veneta, Dolce & Gabbana and Hermes, which all occupy an anchor store in the main entrance of the mall.Responsibilities & Tasks:• Managed all civil and structural works package (Piling, excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concrete and construction of heavy duty fire trucks ramps).• Handled finishes and fit-out activities • Managed the package of all external works in the project including infrastructure/Civil works of drainage, irrigation, firefighting and landscape.• Managing & supervising a site team of 250 workers and supervisors.

The Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue Expansion Project

Roles and Responsibilities:- Responsible for the effective management of all construction related activities in accordance with the Project Specifications.- Responsible for the execution of site related activities in accordance with the drawings, specifications and project HSE Plan.- Responsible for the site co-ordination of services and the remainders of the works.
