Senior Consultant (Technical/Product Development/Program Management)

•Fulfills a critical role leading end-to-end technical program management, with authority over a team of up to 21 mechanical, software, manufacturing, certificate engineers & technical writers.•Maintains accountability for all program phases, including proposal, requirements management, conceptual design & detail design in accordance with specifications governing safety, costs & weight. Executes NRE calculations & RFP analysis, JDP, PDR, CDR, ORR/PRR milestone activities.•Orchestrates & executes projects supporting programs, encompassing the Airbus A350, Emirates, Fly Dubai, Embraer, Dassault 5X & 7X, Bombardier Global & Challenger & Gulfstream P42 galley inserts. • Ensured the success of design and development projects, engaging in the engineering analysis of parts, assemblies, structural design, heat transfer, electrical systems, GD&T, and EMI suppression. Responsible for the review and approval of engineering documents and drawings.• Authored test plans, coordinating with clients, the FAA, and lab personnel on testing efforts.• Led the investigation and resolution of engineering and manufacturing issues impacting new products.

• Led the design of mechanical and sheet metal parts of truck cabins, as well as a pneumatic telescopic mast with an improved locking mechanism.

- Researched & detail designed a complete mechanical & electromechanical car crash test system, then directed & coordinated activities involved in fabrication, installation & operation of it- Managed the Samand limousine project (budget: $2,000,000)- Managed & successfully accomplished all the activities of making two prototype concept cars (Samand Limousine & Right-hand-drive Samand) on budget & schedule.- Was the design engineer in "Peugeot platform" group, designing interior & exterior parts.- Led "Samand assembly line adaptation to assemble Sarir" project.- Managed the "assembly line retooling" project to assemble the body of Sarir.

- Was the principal designer in the foundation of "Heat Transfer/Combustion" Lab.- Was the principal assistant to fabricate a burner testing furnace.- Designed & fabricated a water-cooling system for the above-mentioned furnace.
