Mason Program in Public Policy and Management at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Co-chaired with Prof. Marty Linsky Harvard’s Leadership for the 21st Century Executive program.He is deeply involved in the development and practice of Adaptive Leadership™ with tens of thousands of executives and students from across the region. He also served as the Director of Executive Education at Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, where he designed and delivered many leadership development programs throughout the Middle East.Ghaleb brings with him a decade of experience in diplomacy and international relations. In 2001 and for five years, he was a diplomat and an accredited representative to the United States in Washington DC and attended the 53rd, 57th and 58th Sessions of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.Ghaleb received two masters’ degrees: one in Public Administration from Harvard University and a second in Diplomatic Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of London. He holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Essex University, UK.
