My journey started with a passion for pharmacy and a desire to help others. Starting as a medical representative, I found joy in building relationships and understanding how I could support both patients and healthcare professionals. This experience built a solid base for my next role as a medical advisor, that requires navigating scientific data and translating it into meaningful advice for colleagues and healthcare professionals. During this time, I pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) to gain a deeper understanding of the business side of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically to bridge the gap between scientific expertise and business strategy. It was a challenging but rewarding time as it taught me the value of perseverance and growth, where I had to balance the demands of my work with pursuing an MBA while anticipating the arrival of my first child. Life’s journey then led me to Switzerland, a place that has become a second home and marked a significant new chapter in my life. Here, I stepped into the role of a project manager for a European project, where MBA not only oriented me in terms of my thought process but also exposed me to a different career option. I am excited to drive efforts that bridge gaps across countries and cultures, bringing together diverse teams to achieve common goals.My quest for learning and growing continues!
