1. Train and manage field teams in Bandipur and Nagarahole.2. Manage database, photographs, videos, documentation and record keeping.3. • Develop the piping classes for all process and utility systems to compliment the needs of a project.• Preparation of piping different specifications.• Create a listing of piping special items/components.• Create, specify and maintain data sheets for process and utility valves and piping special (SP) items.• Assist with the assembly of material requisitions, defining all relevant documentation / requirements..• Review offers from suppliers and perform a technical bid evaluation of the materials offered.• Make a technical assessments and recommendations, when required.• Post purchase order placement, review and approve supplier documents for the piping components..• If/when necessary, visit the suppliers premises to attend kick-off/alignment meetings, the testing of piping components or clarification meetings..• Liaise with the engineering disciplines and with the Lead Piping MTO Engineer regarding the interpretation of the Client’s specifications and standards• Prepare line list and aid process discipline in development of P&ID's• Review and verification of Material Test Certificates, also perform visual inspection and dimensional check for piping materials.
