With a strong foundation in financial services, I have successfully transitioned from retail banking to reinsurance. My career began as a Bank Teller, where I honed my customer service skills and gained valuable experience in financial transactions. Over the past 8 years, I have held roles of increasing responsibility at IGI. As an Underwriting Assistant, I supported the underwriting process, ensuring accurate policy issuance and risk assessment. Subsequently, I was promoted to Underwriting Operations Supervisor, where I oversaw daily operations, managed teams, and implemented process improvements. Currently, I am serving as the Assistant Manager, contributing to the strategic direction of the Credit Control department and driving operational excellence.
