The single description of me is “Hardworking” but I am not workaholic I do care a lot to allocate my time to different aspects of my life including family, friends, social work, interests, swimming, mountain climbing, laughing; in brief, enjoying the life. Having graduated from three different state universities enables me to have many good friends and many more acquaintances with scholars; I have access to a huge invaluable academic community. I’ve been an instructor in different Iranian universities during my PhD study and after graduation; it was an exclusive experience for me to teach Finance, Simulations, Probability, Statistics, Service Operation Management, Risk Management and Engineering Economics, and to find out that I love teaching. My working experience thereafter has increased my practical problem solving abilities a lot. I worked with Iranian National Petrochemical Company, NPC, for two years, successfully developing their downstream business. In 2006, I established my own consulting company (TAB) which turned out to be a very educative experience given its challenges to act as CEO. Then I joined Mellat Insurance in 2009, as a risk expert in research and development (R&D) department. There, I worked on Solvency measurement, Ratemaking, and Risk Management, optimal financial budgeting. Then I got promoted to reinsurance director in 2011. After two years being in the job, we increased our capital and equipped our processes with risk management software and then entered to international market to accept local and foreign reinsurance business. I joined Iranian Professional Insurance Institute in 2015 and it is my pleasure to work with them as volunteer services to manage training courses, special events, and professional task forces. At last but not the least, I am ready to learn new concepts and to face new challenges. My favorite quote by Albert Einstein: “You have to learn the rules of the game. And then, you have to play better than anyone else”.
