Through those experiences, I have had the pleasure of building multiple teams of enthusiastic and passionate people, empowered and trusted to take ownership and pride in their work. I manage time, budget, scope, people and processes on a daily basis and hold dear a commitment to assure delivery of the best work in the best time. I believe great communication is the key to success and administrative tools and processes assure it.
