•Conducted a thorough UX Research on the Student Services Portal to understand the reason behind students seeking assistance from Student Services in the form of walk-ins rather than scheduled appointments.•Organized focus group sessions and user testing for the users of the Student Services Portal, to identify the pain points of the user.

Built a rural-based education system that promotes knowledge-sharing from Urban to Rural. As a Full-Stack developer, worked on a Video Conferencing System using Azure Services - Virtual Machines, Web App services.•Created wireframes and sitemaps for a video conferencing system to facilitate online classroom education for rural kids.•Developed a high fidelity prototype of the video conferencing system while simultaneously integrating it into the Learning Management System and improving the User Experience as a whole.

I was the public relations director of a student-technical chapter IETE-ISF(VIT) which is part of the main IETE-ISF. The student chapter is in association with the main chapter for the membership and guidelines and focuses on the development of the technical skills of the students. My team and I have organised various events in the four years of college. We had organised "SYNERGY", a technical symposium where workshops on various upcoming technologies are conducted. We had organised "ACCESS DENIED", a 24-hour hackathon which was a major success. We also conduct CARNIVAL which is an event for school students, who are given a platform to present their projects and posters based on the theme. As a technical chapter, we also conduct free workshops for the students to improve their technical skills.

The internship was on the "Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)" project. ERP tool was used for collecting data across various fields of interests and integrating them into one database. Once the database was ready, the company's internal software was used for importing and exporting data. The data was then displayed in crystal reports. Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application used to create custom reports from a variety of data sources. The data was retrieved using SQL and was displayed as a customer report using SAP crystal report software.
