Provide Cisco customers with professional technical assistance needed to troubleshoot, upgrade, and implement Cisco HyperFlex solutions:• Resolve unexpected reboots or crashes of the hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) cluster• Perform HCI configuration changes and modifications after initial deployment• Troubleshoot issues at the HCI hardware level•Configure and troubleshoot HCI clusters in stranded, stretch, and edge deployments•Resolve issues related to the ESXI hypervisor in HCI environments
