The international experience I gained over 32 years from working in different sectors: 11 years in construction and 21 in consultancy, facilitated the development of my leadership, team playing and negotiation skills with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and lead me to mastering a various set of skills:-Managing construction works according to Fidic regulations-Communicating with the client in order to finalize the project scope while achieving the best outcome -Checking tender documents compliance with the detailed drawings-Reviewing and commenting proposals-Selecting and interviewing the project participants and assigning the project’s team-Studying the project objectives and schedule in order to insure reaching the best results while reducing all delays-Reviewing project documents, plans and budget.-Holding site meetings, issuing minutes of meeting, and registering all project forms -Notifying related parties about any major discrepancies encountered on site and not in accordance with the contract documents-Requiring design updates, variation in scope, value and time schedule of construction.-Conducting regular reviews of execution drawings in coordination with construction documents-Following up technical works on site (Checking and approving shop drawings, As-Built drawings and material selection forms)-Monitoring progress, taking corrective actions and giving directions in order to ensure that the targets are achieved through proper coordination-Following up project completion handing over and processing final payment procedure.-Following up the contract registration, bank guaranties, project quality plan, invoices, claims, progress, delays and commissioning-Ensuring quality and cost control, contract administration and coordinating between all trades-Performing cost control, cost estimation, pricing, quantity surveying and cost analysis-Taking care of the financial management (Payment certificates, variation orders)
