Projects:- Tilal Al Ghaf Alaya Luxury Villas-DEWA Headquarters - Develop strategic relationships with competitive suppliers to acquire the necessary goods and services of the best quality in a specific cost range and have them delivered on time.- Ensure effective Change Order Management and develop/record narratives for claims throughout the project life cycle.- Thoroughly examine contract documents and uncover requirements, scope, assumptions, and risks of project.- Develop and establish the Project Integration Management Plan.- Bring onboard suitable vendors (suppliers and subcontractors) for complete scope of works and prequalify them.- Evaluate Instruction to Bidders (ITB), Procurer’s requirements, Facility Management Requirements and develop schematics and concept design in coordination with Architects, MEP and other specialists. Ensure timely submissions of project deliverables and lead meetings as required.- Collect and review existing information relevant for the PPP project from strategic documents, fiscal capacities, technical design, and its alignment with relevant legal standards, Sustainability, safety, preliminary calculations of CAPEX and OPEX.- Monitor and control the project activities to achieve excellent performance with full interface and coordination with all stakeholders.- Gain final acceptance of work till technical and financial closure.- Work in close relation with Project Manager and Project Controls throughout project life and achieve the predetermined targets of Budget, Time, Quality and Client satisfaction.- Maintain Credit calculations for the project sustainability requirements (LEED, BREEAM).- Guide and Lead Project teams throughout the project from kick-off meetings to handover to prepare and submit Project documents including all Material Submittals, Shop drawings, Method Statements, etc.

Handled Contracts, Procurement, Negotiations, Vendor management and Change Order Management.-Leading Materials submission, Quality Assurance, Sustainability compliance, Authority compliance and coordination including Electricity and Water Authority, Civil Defence, Municipality and likewise.-Project initiation, scope-wise package management for subcontractors' bidding, lead kick-off meetings and draft roadmap for vendors till completion (TOC), Project closing including handover, performance reporting, updating lesson learned, indexing and archiving records and approvals.- Develop and maintain Single and Multiple level Service Level Agreements and monitor for management works duly identifying the scope, terms and conditions.- Identify and monitor CapEX and OpEx for current and prospective developments.- Stay abreast of Procedural laws, Regulatory notices and Municipality requirements.- Focused on continuous improvement strategies including service provider qualification and Customer feedback.- Conduct cost, schedule, performance and variance and risk analysis.- Issue Notices of claims and Probable Events / Special Risks to Employer, Engineer and subcontractors with respectto on-site instruction, modifications or various other RFIs.- Record change orders and prepare variations.- Coordination with DLD Real Estate Service Trustee Centers for proper submission of valuation documentations.
