Construction of the Arab Gas pipeline As well as managing the operational workforce, my duties included drawing constructional projects using software, such as the Arabian Gas line linking Aqaba to Rehab, planning projects aided by softwaresuch as Primavera, managing a budget, publishing progress reports, finance management for the Arab Potash Plant Co. also study drawings, catalogs and writing procedures and policies relating to installation.

 The project covers the construction of 36”, 393 Km, polyethylene coated gas pipeline. The pipeline extends from Aqaba in the south of Jordan to the Samara and Rehab power stations in the north of Jordan for about 370 Km and an additional stage to extend the pipeline to the Jordanian / Syrian border for about 24 Km. • Project constructional drawings using computer software – Arabian Gas line linking Aqaba to Rehab. • Operational workforce management duties. • Project Planning using Primavera – budget planning, project reports and financial management. • Study drawings and catalogs of pumps and equipment, writing installation procedures and policies.• Writing letters and claims addressed to the consultant. • Representing the company in meetings with subcontractors and government agencies. • Records, interpretations, certificates, conflicts as per FIDIC laws.

The project included the construction of a 12-inch gas line and a measuring station capable of processing 65,000 cubic meters per hour. Project constructional drawings using AutoCAD. Assess Contract Documents with all associated files and Specifications. Follow up on Subcontractors / Suppliers Agreement works. Valuate tender documents and prepare technical evaluation reports. Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly progress report. Attend weekly meetings held at Site. Records, interpretations, certificates, conflicts as per FIDIC laws

Construction and expansion of University of Islamic Sciences, Jordan.• Overall site surveying, Quantity surveying for steel and Concrete Structures.• Regular meetings with clients, engineers and contractors, planning to duly meet the project objectives• Realistic budget planning with senior engineers• Quality assurance of resources to meet standards• Prepare and deliver final reports of projects to team lead. • Resolving problems quickly to ensure infrastructure and application stability

 Production and Installation of Fiber internet cables. This project comprises of 132kV underground cables which consist of double-circuit, one cable per phase and one FO earth cable per circuit, in addition to a distribution temperature sensing system. The line connects between Amman North S/S and City Center S/S with total route length of 13km. Project was awarded to The Consortium of LG International Corp. & LS Cable LTD on 21/3/2009. • Planning and scheduling and monitoring production activities. • Overseeing the execution of projects • Taking lead on quality, legal and financial aspects of the projects • Responsible for getting updates & keeping the Risk Register. • Continuously update the PM with any corrective action. • Preparing Extension of Time (EOT) depending on the event records

• Responsible for preparing complex financial structures to analyze the company which will be acquired. • Assist in client and prospect materials preparation • Coordination and engagement of third-party consultants for the upfront plan & cost review monthly site inspections
