• Setting up sales, purchase ledgers and processing sale and purchase invoices • Entering supplier payments, customer receipts and performing bank reconciliation • Preparing, reconciling and submitting VAT return to HMRC • Analysing the income and expense transactions in Excel • Preparing final trial balance and monthly management accounts • Preparing monthly journals Accruals, Prepayments, Depreciation and other control accounts • Generating aged debtors and aged creditors reports for credit control purposes • Processing payroll, generating pay slips and submitting FPS and EPS reports to HMRC
