Accomplishments include:• Performed customer segementation and studied the effectiveness of rebates and promotions for a retailer. • Using Lucene and SPSS Modeler for text mining, mapped one set of 4700 documents to another set of documents, identified duplicates, extracted main themes, and clustered documents. • Researched over 100 Social Media Analytics tools with a deeper dive search into 30 and hand-on trials with 6 tools. • Developed best practices, checklists and templates for data search terms, search sites and data cleaning for gathering relevant social media data around a topic of interest.• Performed social media data analysis for drugs pharmacovigilance including sentiment analysis and customized categorization.
