I was assigned to setting up Nationalization Deputyship, and as follows are some selected achievements:□ Established a Nationalization strategy, org structure, operating module, policies and tools.□ Successfully stopped the continual growth of Unemployment rate, to a permanent reduction from 12.8% in 2018 to 11.3% in Q2/2021, reaching the lowest rate since 2016, and still in effect.□ Proposed a governance concept to enable sectorial gov entities to perform a nationalization role. It was approved by CoG and currently executed by several ministries.□ Initiated & orchestrated under HE guidance, a sectorial working groups gathering each industry of private sector with its responsible sectorial gov entity in order to resolve growth challenges facing their sector resulted in employing over than 450k in 2019-20.□ Proposed the idea & plan to establish Future Work Co. Mandated to empower unconventional work modes within new emerging market.□ Launched a new methodolgy & system to recruit qualified saudis.
