Responsible for establishing a a Planning and Development Sector, determining the targeted destination of the municipality under the guidance of HH the Mayor, design the strategy to reach that position, setting up bundles of initiatives, drive the municipality performance, and sourcing the talents for that journey. Some selected achievements:□ Designing Riyadh Amana strategy for the 1st time resulted in 4 pillars, 53 KPIs, 207 proj and start executing it reaching 25%.□ Building & driving the Dev. sector i.e, Investment deputyship, Digital Transformation, Strategy & Org exc., Community Engagement Dep, PPP center, CX Center, Bus Dev Dep.□ Completed a full scale project to design & implement the Mun. Org Structure for the 1st time.□ Initiated and completed the practice of generating annual operational plans for all municipality departments.□ Lead a headhunting mission to recruit 100+ leadership positions C-suit from several elite org.□ Delivered a 5Y CAPEX budget plan approved by Expro/MoF.□ Supervised the design of the PPP Road map, 34 opportunity.□ Overseen the design of comm. eng. strategy, incl 30 initiative.□ Supervise the design of Financial Sus. road map. Also, the team participated on enabling Remat Co to acheive the highest adv. contract on the world SAR 18B.□ Launched Madinaty SuperApp; an attractive look & feel, cancelled 20 app. Also, set up One app. for Inspection.□ Created a tech concept (Naqilat) to monitor trucks violations dipping CDW on empty lands.□ Supervised the initiation of a Smart Inspection AI system covering Riyadh City every 2 weeks for visual scenery issues.□ Completed a CX Strategy, i.e, redesign 50 customer journeys, CRM setup, VOC, VIP center, Mystery shopper are running.□ Lead the concept team of Infrastructure Center. Approved by a Royal Decree. Participated in starting up 2 companies.□ Started Partnership governance module resulted in agreements, i.e, MOMRA, RCRC, SEC, NWC, MoC, STC, RT, NHC, etc.

Upon the issuance of the Royal Decree to merge “Job Creation Commission” with MHRSD. I was assigned to setting up Nationalization Deputyship, and as follows are some selected achievements:□ Established a Nationalization strategy, org structure, operating module, policies and tools.□ Successfully stopped the continual growth of Unemployment rate, to a permanent reduction from 12.8% in 2018 to 11.3% in Q2/2021, reaching the lowest rate since 2016, and still in effect.□ Proposed a governance concept to enable sectorial gov entities to perform a nationalization role. It was approved by CoG and currently executed by several ministries.□ Initiated & orchestrated under HE guidance, a sectorial working groups gathering each industry of private sector with its responsible sectorial gov entity in order to resolve growth challenges facing their sector resulted in employing over than 450k in 2019-20.□ Proposed the idea & plan to establish Future Work Co. Mandated to empower unconventional work modes within new emerging market.□ Launched a new methodolgy & system to recruit qualified saudis. Subsequently, five + Decrees issued to gradually employ professionals i.e., Dentists, Pharmacists, Engineers, IT and Accountants. As a result, the employment targets have been achieved. □ Lead the ministry team during Corona epidemic to protect nationals jobs from layoffs that has been successful met.□ Implemented a methodology of Occupational Exposure plan in all sectors.□ Started an Alignment initiative b/w universities output and market needs anticipation.□ Proposed a redraft on the Vision governance doc to measure job opportunities that was approved by the CoG.□ Activated a collaborative module between MHRSD & HRDF lead to a 100% growth in HRDF employment per month.□ Est. “Tawteen” Program targeted 115k specialized jobs. Headed by 5 Ministers. It was accomplished afterwards. □ Launched the O&M nationalization Guide for Gov Contracts.

Started a localization program for governmental O&M contracts.Delegated to rap up operations & on going projects in preparation for entity closure and transfering its responsibilities to the Ministry.

I was leading the SME sector and responsible for Financial & non Financial departments in addition to Dulani Center for Business.With our teams, we have succeeded in delivering the following achievements:o Established "Dulani" Center for SME Business as a new model in the region for mentoring & coaching entrepreneurs.o Decreased the average of SME loan journey from 2 years to 3-4 months.o Increased the number of SMEs financed by 500%.o Increased annual value of SME financing by 100%.o Increased SME collection by 80%.o Increased loan coverage to 140% of towns and cities.o Increased SME success rate to 64% for a 5 year life span.o Introduced quarterly monitor visits acheiving 27,000 annual visits.o Led the formation of a strategic partnership with United Nations resulted in adopting (Empretec) program in the GCC for the 1st time.o Elevated customers' satisfaction in terms of reducing complains by 80%.o Led the Committee resulting on reassigning the bank employees in their proper grades.o Designed and implemented the SME & Micro Financing bank strategy.o Drafted the bank new mandate that was officialized afterwards through a Royal Decree.o Drafted most of Monshaat mandate that was officialized afterwards through a Royal Decree.o Lead the Saudi delegate in G20 Ankara 2015 for Financing agenda.

I have joined the bank to establish a department for SME Nurturing as a Director for SME Development, then I've established the National Center for SME Development and promoted as its GM;¤ Studying SME Sector current situation and initiating recommendations for improvement.¤ Designing SME non financial strategy.¤ Establishing Business Clinic to support SME funded by the bank in dealing with obstacles & oppotunities.¤ Redesigning "Masarat" (SME Financing products) along with introducing control guages.¤ Established the National Center for SME Development:• Promoting entrepreneurial spirit within the Saudi Culture. • Supporting, financing and nurturing individual SMEs & SME Support Organizations.Projects:¤ Establishing a Business Clinic which evolved to Dulani Center for business.¤ Accrediting competent SME Support Organizations in order to be utilized as a Financing Agent for SDB.¤ Promoting Entrepreneurial spirit through social media and universities.¤ Studied the establishment of a Risk Guarantee Program.¤ Participated in the reconstruction of the Bank & design its Strategic options along with the World Bank.

Successfully managed industrial transfer of technology projects in the Aviation & Defense sector (Air Fighters Reconaissance & Laser Targeting systems), that achieved In-kingdom insertion capability. These systems participated effectively in the Royal Saudi Air Force RSAF engagements. ¤ Plan, develop and lead complex Projects in a very sophisticated optronics field. ¤ Managing different types of projects & contract topologies incl.
