-Human Resources: Direct, manage, supervise, recruit, motivate and evaluate performance, including setting performance standards and monitoring and measuring performance, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.-Project design and Specifications: Direct, review, and approve product design and changes, and ensure quality assurance and control, in consultation with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.-Priority, planning, organizing and directing operations: Includes setting project goals, developing plans and work break-down structures and integration of technical activities. -Analysis and Quality control: Includes technology and resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects-Kitchen Installation, facilities and equipment: Plan, direct and supervise kitchen installations, and tests, repairs and maintains facilities and equipment.-Conflict resolution and negotiation: Handling complaints and resolves internal and external disputes and grievances with external customers.-Budget Management and Control: Develop and monitor associated project budgets and schedules, maintain projects within budgets and on-time. -Progress reports: Provide regular construction progress reports and others, as required.
