Monitor the client's workplace and collect the client's supporting documents based on the requirements;b. Create the assessment instrument (questionnaire) and the early stage report. Communicate and finalize the instrument to the client;c. Demonstrate the assessment guidelines and its supporting document to the surveyor. d. Monitor, check, and validate progress for each surveyor;e. Create a data tabulation format for the assessment result and analyze the data assessment result;f. Create a final report and present it to the client.2. SMM ISO 9001:2015, provides consultancy to clients who want to pass ISO 9001:2015 certification. The stage of processes are :a.
