Among other things, this includes delving into the student's abilities, interests, personality traits, goals, and concerns; positioning each for admission to his or her top choice colleges; and reducing the cost by as much as 50% or more. As a long-time practicing attorney, I came to realize that my ability to listen, to understand people's concerns and how they make decisions, and to help them manage difficult and stressful circumstances are remarkably well-suited to guiding students and their families through a college preparation and admissions process that should be one of wonder and excitement and not of constant pressure and anxiety.
