Greg Hellmold has demonstrated strong leadership skills throughout his career in auditing and administration in both the public and private sectors. He has over 27 years of experience with the County of Los Angeles, analyzing organizations of varying size and complexity, recommending solutions to a wide variety of problem areas, and successfully convincing others when there is a need to change. He has over 17 years of experience in management and senior management positions leading staff and working effectively with elected public officials and executives from various organizations. Prior to serving as a Division Chief for the Department of Auditor-Controller’s (A-C) Office of County Investigations, Greg served as the Interim Director of Finance/Chief Financial Officer for the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum & Sports Arena, created and managed compliance programs for the A-C’s Countywide Contract Monitoring Division, and led audits of County departments and programs for the A-C’s Audit Division.
