• Assist the posting in Microsoft AX Dynamics – A/P invoice, payment voucher, and journal voucher• Assist the payable process – ensure proper auditing for all supplier & subcontractor invoice received before proceeding to payment processing• Prepare reconciliation for supplier and subcontractor invoice on weekly and monthly basis• Maintain proper coordination with the supplier for all concerns related to invoices and issuance of payment• Maintain proper coordination with the Project Engineers for collating necessary documents, resolving subcontractor concerns, and issuance of payment• Manage issuance and preparation of payment• Generate weekly and monthly Accounts Payable Report• Manage an accurate record and documentation for Accounts Payable – Supplier invoices, Contracts for subcontractor, and Payment voucher• Assist accounts receivable process by reconciling and maintaining accurate statement of account of each client• Manage main office petty cash
