The main realizations were the leading and the creation of the SaaS job portal applications in Symfony framework, one destined for EU markets (which includes national portals as cvonline.hu or local portals as laendlejob.at or budapestjobs.hu) and one for UK markets (Friday Media Group) and earning the trust of the company management towards the development department I was leading so far that we began providing our SaaS projects and experience to external clients.Responsibilities and realizations:- formed new teams and managed existing teams and projects- introduced new technologies in company- offered training - including from Sensio Labs from France, creators of Symfony framework- hired and formed IT specialists- offered internal and external consultancy - eg. to Quoka company in Germany or for the development of new SaaS NEWS platforms in RO, HU and AT like vienna.at, bihon.ro- migrating various applications to new technologies- overseeing the application development teams and development process- software and database architecture- introduced a simplified adaptation of agile software management- cooperation with University for technologies presentations and recruitment process- optimizing the development process by introducing new hardware (extra monitors, better equipment)- identifying technical problems and elaboration of solutions- collaboration with various departments or collaborators from several countries (IT and development - Austria, SEO - Germany, usability - Estonia, design - UK, development - France, IT and management - Hungary, content - Ukraine)- introducing ticketing system- introduction of technical support through rotation- physical assets administrator
