- Coordinating service and spare parts activity of the dealers in the designated area - Planning and assisting the accomplishment of dealers’ after sales targets, constantly monitoring dealerships’ spare parts achievment; - Responsible for implementation and compliance of brand standards in after sales area; - Constantly monitoring and checking of dealership agreement criteria; - In charge with new dealer after sales business establishment, their service area planning, equipment selection, standard service tools and staff recruitment. - Observing and improving quality after sales services - Assisting dealers in customer care;

- Coordinating service repairs and spare parts activity - Planning and assisting the production process; - Responsible for implementation brand standards in workshop; - Constantly monitoring, checking and improving the quality; - In charge with planning, equipment selection, standard service tools and staff recruitment; - Participates in selection, training and evaluation of staff;
