CurrentKey Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: • Lead video production projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with Medicare-related messaging and objectives. • Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to develop and execute creative concepts. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. 2. Content Creation: • Produce and edit educational and promotional video content tailored to the Medicare audience, including beneficiaries, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots, ensuring high-quality production standards. • Direct talent and crew during video shoots to capture engaging and informative footage. 3. Editing and Post-Production: • Edit raw footage into polished final products using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro). • Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, sound design, and color correction to enhance video quality. • Ensure all video content is accurate, accessible, and compliant with Medicare regulations and guidelines. 4. Collaboration and Leadership: • Mentor and guide junior video producers and editors, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. • Work closely with marketing, communications, and compliance teams to ensure video content aligns with overall strategy and regulatory requirements. • Provide constructive feedback and direction to improve team performance and project outcomes. 5. Quality Control: • Review and approve all final video outputs for accuracy, quality, and consistency. • Implement feedback from stakeholders and clients to refine and improve video content. • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production and Medicare communications.
