SaskTel made the strategic decision to put a renewed focus on Business Wireless and create a new position separate from Consumer Wireless and I was fortunate enough to take on the Business Wireless Product Manager roll for a short time prior to my maternity leave. My goal for the short time I was in the role was to capture a true picture of the current state of business wireless, create a new plan for the future, and develop and communicate the strategy on how to get there. Once this was successfully completed, I handed it off to my replacement to make the magic happen! And I was off to start another new adventure - being a mom!

- Drove change in how we communicate to the business market through collaborative efforts to successfully develop and launch: - A new business brand strategy and brand creative campaign that resulted in significant increases in brand linkage and positive internal and external customer perception of the brand. - A new business to business social strategy and new business blog, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts to improve visibility of SaskTel in the IT space. - Improvements to SaskTel.com that focused on solutions content and an improved user experience. - Established TTM strategies and developed and managed the implementation and timing of messages to the business market- Successfully worked with Advertising and Marketing to develop customer focused advertising campaigns and customer collateral that speak to solving SK business challenges- Monitored competitive activity and developed valuable promotions to ensure SaskTel remains competitive in the Business market in SK.
