• Procurement lead for a conversion team acting as a change management agent for divisional procurement staffs. Responsible for the deployment of new business procurement processes and the supporting systems. Duties included: business process review, create and execute project plans, identify resources and assign responsibilities accordingly, procurement process presentations, staff training and evaluation.

• Managed national strategic sourcing and contracting efforts for food and beverage products and services. Personally responsible for food categories with annual operating expense over $25M; contributing in excess of $3M annualized savings.• Reviewed and assessed product/service needs across 30+ individual product categories with annualized spend ranging from $500K up to $5M per category to ensure alignment of the food and beverage product/service procurement programs to the strategic, business and product plans of the Company.• Led multi-disciplined teams to collect and analyze market intelligence on food & beverage products, suppliers and services to negotiate and develop new and improved sourcing solutions.• Prepared in excess of 75 requests for proposals (RFPs) annually and analyze supplier responses for potential sourcing opportunities improving upon cost of goods and/or service levels.• Negotiate, implement and manage supplier agreements, including critical product/service/ supplier issues. Personally responsible for approximately 30 contractual arrangements.
