• Prepare plan book for the production of a new model preparation or model development.
• Coordinate each shop or section and conduct periodic reviews to ensure project implementation is in accordance with predetermined QCD targets.
• Make a summary of the project's progress and report it to management.
• Make a trial judgment proposal.
• Coordinate the implementation of the trial and coordinate the review of findings problems during trial and make a summary of the results trial evaluation.
