- Research work focused on resolving the miscommunication between project’s stakeholders by implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and studying all of its dimensions.- Studying the company’s needs and matching the best BIM dimension to implement.- Working on viewing BIM 3D using augmented reality (AR).- Searching best AR techniques in market from applications to wearable glasses/headsets.- Research on best project management platforms to track inspections and reduce the loss of information between project stakeholders.- Coming up with the best collaboration platform to track inspections and save project data: Drawings, RFIs, Inspection Reports, etc.- Performing different types of special inspections: Fire stopping, Fireproofing, Mechanical Systems, lightening in dwelling, Fenestration Areas, Structural Welding and bolting, etc.- Helping test the new built-up inspection portal that tracks the non-conformed reports for each job site real-time by coordinating with contractors and following up on site visits.

Supervision work for Debbieh Residential Buildings 4464 and 775 Project including:- Completed site visits per the requested contractor’s inspection request to check if the execution was adequate with the drawings and design codes- Prepared shop drawings for both projects- Checked the structural design in case any changes were required by the architect- Supervised the concrete casting to make sure that all work was up to code- Submitted weekly report to the owner representative to keep him up to date with project phases

Project: Tyre Sea Outfall of Waste Water Treatment Plant Description: The project is divided into two parts: -Construction of an offshore section of 1100 mm nominal diameter of 1355m minimum length with a diffuser section not less than 150m using a pipeline designed High density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe of minimum pressure class PN 6. -Construction of an onshore section of minimum 585 m length of 1100mm nominal diameter gravity pipeline from the wastewater treatment plant to the sea shore using Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) pipe.

Project: Dandachli Hiba 2188 project Description: The project is composed of 2 Residential Blocks (13 floors above ground level).Responsibilities:-Design using Etabs and Safe softwares.

Project: INKRIPT EXPANSION FACTORY (Total Area= 20 000m2, Total Concrete Volume= 16 000m3)Description: The Project is composed of 4 underground Basements and 2 Above Ground Floors.Different type of slabs: Post tension slabs, precast slabs and solid slabs. Different type of shuttering: Doka & and steel shuttering (fair finish).Responsibilities: - Daily report , pouring log , crush test log, inspection request, inspection request log, steel orders , concrete orders , bill of quantities , sub-contractors , and communication with laboratory, ready mix concrete companies & building materials companies.-Preparing Shop drawings details and as built,-Design of precast pre-stressed hollow core slabs using appropriate software .-Design of reinforced additional and modified concrete elements.

Project: REHABILITATION OF UNSTABLE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING Description: The project is composed of 1 Residential Block (2 floors above ground floor) with a differential settlement in foundation.Responsibilities:- Supervised over foremen.- Preparing the appropriate structural execution drawings.- Checking of steel reinforcement executed as per execution drawings.- Checking the concrete type and taken samples.

Project: Order of Architects and Engineers Description: The project is a new branch for the order of architects and engineers. Responsibilities: -Supervision of the execution of concrete works.
