As an Asset Manager Senior Tourism at Atream, I leverage my financial and hospitality expertise to manage a real estate portfolio composed of seven holiday villages and resorts in Europe. With more than fifteen years of experience in the hospitality and industry sectors, I have a proven track record of delivering value to investors and stakeholders through asset management projects, such as acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, and debt restructuring.In my current role, I oversee a €45m CAPEX program to carry out restoration works on two resorts, monitor the performance of the assets, and report to the investors. I also apply my leadership and communication skills to manage the relationships with the operators, and the authorities.
