Airlines customer quality interface for the A350 & A330 deliveries.Part of the delivery team during the aircraft delivery phase, I am dealing with the customer for any questions or concerns related with quality of the product.

A350 Quality Manager for Electrical Systems Workpackages Development and series quality equipment coordination with suppliers (Zodiac/EPDS, Thales /EPCS, HS/ RAT & VFGs). Actions tracking Concession/Desing Query Note (DQN) process adherence: Strategy and business plan definition for the Electrical System Network (ESN) perimeter.

 Quality tools deployment (for 22 suppliers): roadmap definition and coordination Suppliers’ premises visits & operational support for the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools deployment. PLM suites deployment leader for the PowerPlant teamo Red team meetings animation for the VPM (Dassault System) tool deployment: blocking point identification and prioritization, actions management, minutes, reports. Risks management linked with the VPM deployment on electrical activities perimeter.
