My rôle : help to expand the company footprint in Europe and develop the activity with customers based in Europe.

Recent achievements :a) For a consulting group based mainly in Europe, design an IT roadmap: analyse existing systems and strategic objectives. Propose a target to be achieved and a two-year investment plan.b) For an international group (B2B distribution of electrical products), lead the international roll-out of SAP Concur system: supervise a team of 5-6 consultants (Cap Gemini), liaise with CFO of client’s subsidiaries in each country. Results : system implemented in 90 legal entities (30 countries). 16 600 unique users. c) For the same client, select ERP M3 Cloud suite for distribution (by INFOR) for a newly created subsidiary, based in Shanghai and Geneva. Pilot implementation.

Mission: lead IS/IT department with 110 employees + 70 contract staff ; budget = 31M EURContext: transformation of distribution business model, from 7 independent companies competing with each other to an integrated model, with consequences on physical distribution of products. Willingness to move towards a multi-channel model confirming the complementarity of 470 branches and e-commerce. Focus of branches on sales. Centralization of purchases, supplies and inventory management.Main achievements: • Transform IT landscape in order to sustain changes mentioned above : set up two newly created regional warehouses (with automated equipment supplied by Knapp or SSI Schaefer, share regional warehouses to support two commercial networks (CGED and SONEPAR Connect) with Movex as ERP.Renew Internet e-commerce platform to integrate 27 formerly independent sites into 2 renovated sites based on Intershop V7 (prize awarded by Ecommercemag.fr in November 2020).Implement Slimstock package to improve replenishment and MS Dynamics CRM package to monitor activity of sales people and improve their relationships with customers.• Set up a new organization of IS/IT department in order to be more customer oriented.• Pilot IT expenses in a difficult economic context : maintain global spending at 1.4% of sales while improving Build / Run ratio.

In charge of Information Systems worldwide for Groupe SEB (small domestic equipment ; sales of 4.8 billion Euros in 2015 ; 25,000 employees).Main achievements : • Conducted projects contributing to digitalization of Groupe SEB • Piloted major transformation programs, which supported the alignment and the standardization of business processes in supply chain, manufacturing, product development, after sales service, HR, Business Intelligence• Supported international development of Groupe SEB • Improved the use of IT systems, with a network of key users and a global training program• Optimized IT expenses

Context : • Creation of a regional office in Honk Kong to develop sales in Asia Pacific region • Expansion of a purchasing office in Hong Kong to increase the volume of OEM products purchased in China Main achievements : • Created Finance, Administration and HR functions to support sales while improving the consistency of business processes and internal control,• Structured operations of the purchasing office in Hong Kong to cope with a significant growth of the purchasing activity.

Monitored the financial performance of a BU in charge of strategic marketing, R&D and manufacturing of vacuum cleaners.

Audited various entities of Groupe SEB to assess their level of internal control and their general performance.

Context : Groupe SEB wanted to become an international group. A programme was set up in order to unify IT systems, standardize business processes for manufacturing and sales, in France and in Europe.Main achievements : • Set up a team of internal consultants in order to design, roll-out and maintain a core system based on SAP R/3• Rolled-out this core system in 10 different companies (around 1,000 end users).

Headed a team of consultants and IT experts, which was implementing IT solutions, based on SAP R/3 or BPCS systems.

Involved in major transformation projects, which were implying the implementation of new IT systems. Specialised in following areas : project management, change management, roll out of IT systems on a large number of sites, IT audits.
