As a pioneer in the position of experience and interface designer at AML, I had the mission of introducing a user-centered design culture along with the processes of prototyping, testing, and validation to the existing development cycle. In this position, I was tasked with creating high and low fidelity prototypes for our solutions, conducting user researches and interviews with stakeholders, creating user journeys and navigation flows, and performing usability tests.
