Collaborated with Facilities Management, Fare Revenue, and Customer Experience departments to revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) around the rider provision and maintenance of bike parking facilities resulting in quicker response times to maintenance requests and a reduction in staff hour requirements.• Oversaw a grant-funded planning project to develop a TriMet Pedestrian Plan. Developed a statement of work (SOW) and budget for TriMet staff and an outside consultant in partnership with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). Mentored and provided oversight of fellow employee who is the Project Manager. Project has received warm reception from partner jurisdictions and is on-time and under budget for completion at the end of this fiscal year. -
