-Lead a creative Ui/UX team by setting objectives and communicating design direction to individual contributors.-Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, detailed wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate the user experience and user interface elements.-Manage and improve the design process, design system and other documentation that will aid in the long term scalability of the design team.

- Design web and mobile experiences that follow good design practices using Photoshop and AdobeXD-Contribute wireframes, user flows, interaction prototypes, user personas, customer journeys, site maps and other design specification materials.-Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are properly implemented.

- Develop innovative visual design, user interface elements, typography and color palettes.- Create wireframes and user flow diagrams to solidify design direction and plans.- Work integrally with developers to shepherd designs through the development process.- Design UI layouts including controls, labels and graphical elements on both mobile and desktop platforms.- Support website designs with clear and comprehensive brand style guides and UI kits that enable look and feel expansion (font hierarchies, use of photography, logo usage, etc.)

- Design UI elements using brand’s design frameworks and styleguide to ensure brand consistency- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to communicate interaction - Work with developers to implement designs/prototypes into code
