I have done my master's in pharmacy with a specialization in pharmacology from Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University) in Chhattisgarh. After my master's I got the opportunity to work at CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine, Jammu there I worked as Project Associate-I in the Alzheimer’s Lab of Pharmacology Division till March 2023. During my candidature in CSIR-IIIM, Jammu I got hands-on experience working with different tools and techniques like cell line studies for screening of drug molecules, animal studies and various preclinical screening models, and molecular biology techniques like SDS-PAGE, western blotting, and ELISA. Afterward, I relocated to Bengaluru and Worked for Tata Institute for Genetics and Society as Research Assistant-I in the mRNA Therapeutics group of Technology Platform till April 2024. There I was involved in animal studies related to mRNA therapy development against rare diseases and molecular biology studies related to it. During my tenure in TIGS, Bengaluru, I was trained by BLiSC Animal Care and Resource Center (ACRC) in different dosing techniques, blood collection techniques, and terminal procedures. At present, I am pursuing my doctoral studies at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru under the Dept. of Clinical Psychopharmacology and Neurotoxicology.
