Negotiating offers with recruits.Tracking recruitment metrics and producing reports on advertising costs, hiring manager deadlines, and more.Maintaining up-to-date records of all new employees hired by the company.Welcoming newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey; managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.Preparing and distributing onboarding welcome gifts.Aligning new employees with managers and their team and communicating involvement procedures to all stakeholders.HR Strategy and compliance· Ensure top-notch global People service practices-that all processes that touch employee needs are running smoothly and oversee the organization’s compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.This includes all aspects of the employee life cycle; including recruitment, employee on-boarding, payroll management, office administration, employee engagement, staff retention and career progression.Develop a homogenous Organization Culture and Corporate Identity through Employer Branding.Performance Appraisal· KRA and KPI’s: Defining the essential duties and responsibilities; setting standards and measurements for each.Providing ongoing coaching and feedback.Conducting the performance development and career opportunities discussion.Determining performance recognition, rewards or consequences. Expertise in improving Candidate, Employee, Contractor, and Client Experience while implementing change strategies

Employee Grievances· Providing solution to tickets raised on payment, reimbursement, documentation, leave or database amendments.Provide employee support during the entire process of connecting people to projects, helping people to identify best internal roles, based on their interest and aspirations.Accountable to take issues to closure in the areas of: career development, engagement, compensation, training, performance achievement.Reporting· Employee Database Management: Digitization of files/folders and forms and employee records.Investigate data and report to the senior managers using HR Metrics.Publish monthly MIS /dashboard on key metricTraining and Development· Deliver training programs to employees across all levels of the organizationSession Set ups, stock management, setting meetings & sending invites as per client requirement on logistics, room booking, arranging VCs etc.Audit/Measure training effectiveness of all programs and take steps to enhance ROIMaintain records of all trainings conducted, including attendance, feedback, etcUpdate training content based on employee feedback and latest industry trendsIdentify internal trainers and conduct TTTs for them
