Hired to create the firm’s Advertising & Content Licensing channels after Eli bought my company, BUZZ Publishing, in April 2006. + Solicited and closed 109 new accounts (a mix of agency and direct client relationships). This was an 83% increase in advertising revenues.+ For content licensing, I solicited and closed a large annual contract with Microsoft to write monthly content for Microsoft’s new “Office Accounting” program. In addition, I created new, high-margin revenue for re-purposed QuickBooks content. Both of these deals resulted in a 47% increase in content licensing revenue for Eli.+ Hired, trained, and managed salespeople to open and grow ad revenue in the IT, Business Software, and Medical Coding markets. + Redesigned Email Newsletters to be more readable for subscribers. This resulted in a 30% increase in web traffic in just the first 90 days.
