As the Service Owner for SKF Sales Data Warehouse (SDW) I am responsible for the core data repository of SKF when it comes to Sales and Customer Order book. I manage and own the SDW application Services from an end-2-end perspective.SDW is, within SKF, considered as the single version of the truth when it comes to sales data and is also the foundation for SKF financial services and reporting.Part this role is to drive enhancements/improvements of the application and in collaboration with business do the process and business development. I manage suppliers and I am responsible for the SDW budget and financing.My Key responsibilities: • To manage business expectations/request/requirements with regards to SDW/LDW (and SAP BI for related processes) through close collaboration with business and projects• To be part of and actively drive Sales BI and Analytics within the Sales BI PMT (Process Management Team)• To manage the SDW/LDW application budget• To manage all changes to the SDW/LDW (and SAP BI for related processes) application• To manage the supplier(s)

I am part of a Global Process Support team. With a global user community of over 5500 users I am responsible for the delivery of SKF’s CRM vision and strategy. This is done by managing an offshore IT team to develop the Siebel CRM tool to follow SKF’s business requirements. Developing and training users on globally agreed CRM best practices and providing second level support to a network of CRM local champions.-Release management/Co-ordination (2 x Siebel CRM releases per year)-User acceptance testing-CRM BI report/dashboard creation and maintenance-Requirement gathering-Project management-Co-ordination/planning/executing CRM rollouts-Virtual / Physical end user training of CRM best practices-Second level support to 5500+ global end users
