I'm an experienced systems and network administrator, integrator and architect, with a couple of decades of running UNIX and UNIX-like systems in every environment from back room single-server to large-scale enterprise. I have good instincts and wide ranging knowledge that let me translate business problems into finished solutions. I build things that are stable, scalable, comply with standards and save money.I've been a project manager and a people manager. I enjoy designing and building high-availability hosting solutions. I'm passionate about system and network security, monitoring and documentation.
