Duties and Responsibilities:Calculating project quantities as per cross sections and structure drawings.Verification and Finalization of Monthly Bills.Estimating Materials,labour and time costs of project.Rate analysis of all items,which is to be supported with estimation of project cost.Checking and approving of sub contractor bills.Preparation of work order for sub contractor.Allocating time for work to sub contractor.Preparation of work order for sub contractor.Preparing cost comparisons for different construction method.Managing sub contractors and suppliers.Managing consultant engineers for dispute resolution.Preparation of monthly and weekly reports Preparation Daily Progress Report.Drawing of plans and sections in AUTOCAD.Coordinate with Project Engineer.Performing other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by Project-in charge.Attending conferences and meetings.Maintaining necessary frequency documents and reports for materials used in Construction.Every day work Planning, scheduling, monitoring and report preparing.Inspecting the work of Foundations, Columns, Beams, Slab , Block Work and Plastering works. Maintain project safety awareness and Enforce company safety policy.
