 Conduct all stage wise inspection as per approved QCP/TTP with Client, Owner & Third party. To check the material by PMI for Low Alloy Steel (LAS), Stainless Steel (S.S) & Non-ferrousMaterial. Experience in welding visual inspection as per specification and standards to inspection wheneverapplicable. Conduct Dimensional Inspection before and after welding to ensure the require dimensions tomeet the reference drawing. Monitoring welding activities before and during fabrication are performed as required by WPS. Check and verify the control of storage and welding consumable. Fully conversant with isometric, P &ID and general arrangement drawing, as built preparation andmodification as per requirement. Preparing punch list and closing RFIs, NCRs and timely completion of activities. Ensure welded components have used the correct filler material. Verifying the bolt torquing of the fasteners as per project specification. Reviewing the documents like Project Specifications, Procedures, and ITP. Before cutting any pipe to ensure heat no, Mat code no, transfer to all required pieces. Surveillance of site activities to ensure the work is progressing in a/c to ITP. Report generation and documentation for all the QC works carried out at site. Familiar and conversant with the boilers and pressure vessel codes ASME Sec II, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec VIII, ASME Sec IX, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3 ASME B16.5 etc.

Ensuring & maintaining safety at the workplace. Monitoring of welding performance based on NDT reports. Experience with ASME, AWS, ASTM & ASNT standards. Monitoring safety & other activities at Gantry during TT & TW loading operation. Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
