The client always comes first. While working for one of the largest service oriented companies in the world for 26 years, I lived this principle every day. While my career with Fed Ex spanned 26 years, my position in senior management provided me the opportunity to learn the art of negotiating the deal. From multi-million dollar corporations to small, locally owned businesses, I came to appreciate the importance of listening to the customer while always considering their needs and interests. Now, as a realtor, I use these same skills as I strive to serve my clients in selling, buying, or renting a home. I recognize that moving to a new home is a major life event, whether it is within the same city or across the country. While it is usually an exciting time, the challenges can appear overwhelming at times. I know what it is like to pick up and “move your life”, as I relocated numerous times over the span of my career.It is through this lens that I have developed a unique perspective. It enables me to understand my clients’ point of view as I represent them. When we go to closing, I want my clients to feel assured and confident about their decision. By putting my clients first, I know I will have done my job.
