⁃Leading and coaching teams in understanding and following processes and bestpractices of Agile methodology-Close collaboration and alignment with partner teams across 4 centres of excellence - Romania, Spain, Germany and Bulgaria- Create strategies for a smooth transformation across the organisation - Work closely with business and management to better define the product teams - Facilitate agile trainings and workshops- Plan capacity, workload and resource needs-Conduct 1:1 and team meetings ⁃Manage product scope, new requirements, change requests⁃Plan and commit to scope delivery together with the team⁃Understand and manage dependencies⁃Track and report progress⁃Identify, prepare and monitor team KPIs⁃Report and asses project risks⁃Create strategies and mitigation plans⁃Focus on deliverables and quality⁃Identify and raise red flags , propose solutions for solving unexpected situations⁃Close collaboration and communication with all stakeholders⁃Develop and facilitate programs, communities of practice, gatherings for team integration across areas⁃Innovation supporter: propose and conduct events/workshops that stimulate team members creativity and ideas (technical or collaborative)
