• Hands on experience of Distributed Control System.• Implementation of Ladder Logic for atomization of pumps and flow control.• Handsome knowledge of tuning parameters of pressure, flow and temperature controllers.• Have excellent operational and troubleshooting of pumps, heat exchangers, control valves, measuring instruments and many others equipments commonly used in chemical process industries.• Comprehensive HSE understanding and work permit procedures.• Effective working of Unit to achieve targeted production which includes safe working of plant within design limits.• Emergency handling, Safe Shut-downs and Start-ups • Ensuring optimal staff / labor utilization during shift• Preparation of Turn around Jobs lists and follows up till execution• Ensuring compliance of all operations according to SOPs.• To follow safety & environmental responsibilities & ensure implementation from line. • Developing and Implementing of IMS (Integrated Management System) work procedure• Maintaining a positive working atmosphere within the shift group• To accept additional duties and tasks in area other than initially assigned
