Responsibilities: • Implementation of Online Mobile Device data synchronization (uploading/downloading) through data SIM’s.• Monitoring sales operation for branches data uploading/downloading through Mobile device on daily basis and closely co-ordinate with user’s for their issues.• SIT, UAT of Device Application, DTU (Data Transfer Utility) and TMX Portal released by Vander.• Releases deployment of DTU and Device APK into Test Server and Branches as well.• Performing QA (Quality Assurance) / Testing with different scenarios patches released by Vander.• Installation and configuration of Device Application and DTU Software’s on branches.• Conduct training session for KPO, OB/DM, Supervisor’s and other related concerns for Device Synchronization, DTU and TMX Portal.• Support providing to Branches for TMX Portal, DTU and Device Application software related issues and co-ordinate with Vander for timely resolution and fixes.• Maintaining existing systems used by the sales team, including various versions and flavors of Sales and Distribution software, Data Warehouse and associated tools.• Development of new modules and integrating them with the existing systems.• Carrying out modifications and enhancements in the existing systems.• Ensuring smooth running of existing systems and on time availability of data for sales team and management.• Ensuring the authenticity of data and recovering data from backups when required.• Bringing dependencies and issues in the knowledge of management and suggesting technical solutions and alternatives.• Preparing and reviewing functional specifications for software vendors for any modifications and enhancements in systems.• Developing and conducting trainings for users, Helpdesk team and management.• Close coordination with sales and helpdesk teams across the country.• Using the Help desk System tool to monitor, track and respond to issues and tasks till their completion.

Responsibilities: Worked as a System User in ULTRA (Unilever Trade Resource Automation) of Unilever Pakistan Limited. This Software produced for Sales and distribution network. My core responsibilities were support provided to Unilever sales team for order taking in the latest IPAQ and Palm technology. Managing the M.I.S reports and sales related information to regional and head office of Unilever Pakistan Limited.
