- Developed and implemented cost controls system for accurate actual cost reporting and analysis for all size of projects.
- Developed System for Management of Change, Trends Logs, and FCNs, CSIs for cost variation and accurate tracking and approval.
- Developed and maintained budget allocation and spending profile, AFE, Earned Value, Forecasting and cost variance reporting and EVM (Earned Value Management) system and templates for Project management Team and client.
- Developed templates and prepared Project daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and presentations for Client.
- Effective procurement and subcontractors cost reports to ensure meeting projects objectives.
