In Case of failure/breakdown first we try to use our maintenance team for rectification job, otherwise co-ordinate with outside repair agencies e.g. ARFEEN ENGG, CARE ENGG & ADNAN COMRESSORS etc for necessary rectification, repair & maintenance. Worked as a Production Officer in PCL Production Department. OPERATION DEPARTMENTo Shifting of Aluminum billets in Junker Furnace through conveyor.o Heating of STD / GL Aluminum billets in Junker Furnace temp range 450–460°C, then pass through Extrusion press & for production of various shapes.o Straching & cutting of Aluminum profiles size wise.o Annealing / Normalizing of Aluminum profiles in Ageing Furnace temp range 450 °C.o Quality Checking hardness, surface, thickness etc.  ANODIZING DEPARTMENTo To remove oil, grease stain etc dipping in Degrease tank consisting of Almeco 2911 solution.o Dipping in Etching tank consist of NaOH solution 70 gm/liter concentrations to make the surface clean to removal of die lines, roughness, of surface. Temp 65- 70 °C.o To neutralize the aluminum profile through HNO3 concentrations 180 – 220 g/liter.o To make the anti corrosion layer of Aluminum Oxide on surface of Aluminum profile through H2SO4 and DC Current upto required thickness layer in micron. o As per customer requirement various coloring scheme on Aluminum profile surface e.g. Champagne, Bronze, Black. To make the Aluminum profile beautiful & attractive.o To sealed the layers of microns & color on Aluminum profile in hot water tank.Temp: 90–95 °C.
