As Deputy Manager, I have been managing team of 4 individuals and reporting directly to Manager Finance in Pakistan and Retail Finance Manager in UK. I have been collaborating with Managers and team members to successfully execute various tasks.• Maintaining and recording transactions related to revenue from end to end.• Recording monthly revenues from NHS, OTC, Digital etc in OA8.• Performing month end closing activities related to revenue.• Preparing monthly reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies identified.• Preparing analysis of revenue streams and reviewing the trends along with the revenue estimates

• Effective planning and execution of audit engagements to meet stringent deadlines.• Supervision, review, and finalization of assurance engagements including preparation of deliverables and resolving audit differences observed during the fieldwork and taking timely decisions on significant matters.• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of technical standards including those of the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and various tax laws for audit engagements.• Reporting on various assignments to group auditors.• Managing a team of five to twelve professionals providing them on the job training by coaching them with best practices and PwC policies and procedures.• Coordinating with internal and external experts (i.e., lawyers, tax advisors, actuaries and IT & ERP experts) in relation to engagement related matters and resolve conflicts on a timely basis to ensure assignment deadlines are met.
