I worked as a Senior Field Engineer for providing solutions of Trouble shooting and Fault Maintenance over Ericsson RBS 2000 Family and Minilink TN equipments. I was responsible for a Managed area for all type of PM and CN activities not only of Telecom equipments but of Diesel Generators, Aircon cooling Systems, Battery BAckup and UPS systems, Grounding Systems and Antenna/Dishes as well.

Maintenance of Ericsson RBS 2000 Family and RBS alarm handling for VSWR issues, Feeder and connectors checking, Feeder and Jumper routing.Working over OMT software for Ericsson RBS for defining alarms, creating IDB's for Expansion, adding DRU's and upgrading the systems.Trouble shooting with RBS 2116 and 2216 for alarm handling, part replacement, transmission verification and Fault maintenance of the equipment.Maintenance of Ericsson Minilink traffic node microwaves, alarm handling of Minilink.Up-gradation, configuration, and fault maintenance of MMU 2B, MMU 2C, LTU's, NPU's and all Minilink related hardware.Trouble shooting of Microwave Equipment and Software handling for configuration (Minilink Craft 1.1, 2.0.1), expansion and traffic routings.Planning activities for different re-alignment work of the dishes for proper RSL achieving and ensuring quality of transmission paths.Rectifier maintenance, Power module testing, Battery back up expansion /verifications and Load sharing testing.Microwave cutovers and Traffic re-routings.Testing the Earthing systems for proper groundings and system protection. Worked as Transmission Engineer at Huawei for Ufone GSM and Major responsibilities were Supervising and managing the instalation, integration, configurations and commisioning of Transmission equipments including NEC Microwaves, Siemens SRAL, Huawei RTN Series, Huawei GSM BTS 3012 and 3012 AE. IMplementation of cutover plans of MSC's and all BSC's at Sukkur region.

Worked for monitoring the CDMA BSS Network deployement contains the instalation and commisioning of Huawei CDMA BTS 3606 and NEC Microwaves. Planing the leased medias for BTS Sites and Planing Transmission path from BTS to BSC and MSC. Reposnsible for Technical documentation and conducting PAT as well.
