• Coordinate and organize all aspects of visual merchandising display projects from the sampling phase to shipping the final order and ensuring customer satisfaction.• Create quotes and proposals as well as maintain timelines for several projects at a time.• Maintain quality standards and communication between vendors, the production department, sales representatives, and customers.• Source materials and find appropriate vendors for each element of a project.• Communicate with vendors overseas and international shipping vendors to coordinate offshore production.
